As homeowners of a recently renovated home, we would like to say how pleased we were in our dealings with Delphi Homes.  We continue to receive complements on our renovation from guests when they visit our house.   

From the initial design consultation to project completion, Seka and Milanko delivered a high quality of service.  Delphi Homes were our prime contractor in the second storey addition of our bungalow.  The channels of communication were excellent, they were responsive to our requests and they worked within our timeframe and within budget.

It is almost a year since we started the second storey, and about 8 months since we moved upstairs.  I just want to say how pleased we are with the results.  It feels like we have moved to a new home - without having to move.  Thanks to both Seka and Milanko. The different crews that came in to work on our home were great. They were nice, professional and did super work. I am exceptionally happy with the restored floor in the family room and of course with my beautiful bathroom.
